Question . I read in the rules that emulation for SA2 isn’t allowed (Dreamcast emulation) but is it allowed for GameCube version if I were to emulate it on a Wii ?

I don’t compete on SA2(B), so perhaps someone else can chime in on this, but as long as it’s not the Dreamcast version you’re emulating, you should be fine.
